We love to box, but our group classes don’t stop there – Rebel Fitness is set up to emulate a boxers workout, and they do it all to train: cardio, strength, push, pull, plyometrics, stretching, recovery. And the best part? From bell to bell, you don’t have to think about a thing – just keep going. Time to grind.

Individual Coaching

Our semi-private training has quickly become the cult favorite at Rebel—and for good reason. Think of it as private training without the private training price tag.

Every workout is custom-written just for you—taking into account your goals, past workouts, injuries, modifications, and even how sore you’re feeling that day. This isn’t cookie-cutter group fitness or circuit training. It’s a leveled-up, personalized experience where you’ll work independently in a small group, but never alone.

A Rebel trainer is right there with you the entire time: coaching your form, adjusting exercises up or down, challenging you when you need it, and hyping you up when it counts. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, semi-private will meet you exactly where you’re at—and take you further than you thought possible.

Group Coaching

At Rebel Fitness we want to help you find your fight. Our kickboxing classes are great for beginners to advanced boxers. No matter your fitness level, we roll together and our trainers will be with you every step of the way. What are we training for? Life my friend…You may never plan to step into a ring, but we all need courage, determination, strength, and stamina just for our every day challenges. That’s what it means to be a fighter. InBody Scan

The InBody 570 body composition scale is our secret weapon in getting results. It goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, total body water, basal metabolic rate and more. What's more, it helps us get past just setting "weight loss" goals for everyone. The scale gives you a one dimensional number, creates obsessive behaviors and just isn't a good tool for measuring health- so we ditched it years ago!

Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing everything we need to find you the right match for programs, nutrition and supplements! Real data drives real results!
