We love to box, but our group classes don’t stop there – Rebel Fitness is set up to emulate a boxers workout, and they do it all to train: cardio, strength, push, pull, plyometrics, stretching, recovery. Semi Private Training

Our semi-private training has quickly become the cult favorite at Rebel—and for good reason. Think of it as private training without the private training price tag.

Every workout is custom-written just for you—taking into account your goals, past workouts, injuries, modifications, and even how sore you’re feeling that day. This isn’t cookie-cutter group fitness or circuit training. It’s a leveled-up, personalized experience where you’ll work independently in a small group, but never alone.

A Rebel trainer is right there with you the entire time: coaching your form, adjusting exercises up or down, challenging you when you need it, and hyping you up when it counts. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, semi-private will meet you exactly where you’re at—and take you further than you thought possible.

KICKBOXING

At Rebel Fitness we want to help you find your fight. Our kickboxing classes are great for beginners to advanced boxers. No matter your fitness level, we roll together and our trainers will be with you every step of the way. What are we training for? Infra red sauna



Step into Rebel’s private 5x7 infrared sauna room—your own space to sweat, heal, and recharge. Equipped with a flat screen TV, you can stream any workout you like—spin, yoga, core, strength—or simply sink into total relaxation.Our sauna features near and mid infrared, dry heat, Himalayan salt, jade stones, and therapeutic light settings designed to:

Think of it as the next level of recovery—like a tanning bed, but packed with powerful wellness benefits. In the pod, you simply lie back and relax while near and mid infrared heat penetrates deep to:

*Decrease the risk of brain degenerative diseases and certain cancers
*Relieve pain & support faster recovery

The pod, like our thermal room, also combines jade stone, Himalayan salt, and gentle massage to amplify detoxing effects and promote healing, but is 2x as strong as the thermal room! And unlike traditional saunas, your head stays out, so you can regulate heat more easily—while still experiencing up to 200°F of dry heat.

Our self defense classes are the perfect combination of technique, a little bit of ground and pound, fun and a whole lot of bad a$$. Empower yourself with classes that not only help you rock out fitness goals, but also have you prepared for anything the comes your way. Coached by Frank Dees our certified Jiu Jitsu and self defense instructor!
