About This Program

Youth & Sports Program

Rebel's Youth & Sports Performance Program is designed to help young athletes develop the strength, speed, confidence, and discipline they need to succeed both in sports and in life. Whether your child is homeschooled, enrolled in virtual learning, needs a PE credit, or is simply looking to improve athletic performance, we offer programs tailored to their goals.

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes meet twice each week in the mornings and combine functional strength training, conditioning, agility, coordination, and sports-specific movement with valuable life education. Participants also learn about nutrition, sleep, recovery, self-confidence, decision making, and other healthy habits that support long-term success.

For athletes looking to elevate their performance, Rebel is also a VertiMax Certified Facility. Our coaches create customized training programs designed to improve speed, agility, strength, power, explosiveness, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance. Whether preparing for the upcoming season or maintaining progress during competition, we provide the coaching and programming to help athletes perform at their highest level.
