Sometimes you need to level up your training and we encourage that at Rebel. With our Private and Semi-Private training options, you can work on more specific goals and technique, taking results to the next level.
Semi-Private Training is all the benefits of Private Training, but without the cost. This training option offers flexible scheduling, small group settings, but still all the amazing support and attention from one of our trainers. One of the biggest benefits of training this way, is the accountability from other group members - your fellow Tribers will push and motivate you everyday!
Private Training is a killer training option for anyone looking for more individualized programming. This service is great for those just starting out, coming back from an injury, working on specific goals, more comfortable in a 1:1 setting, etc. Our trainers will start you off with a free 30 min consult, that includes a body composition scan. During this consult, they will go over your goals, and create the perfect program for you. Results guaranteed.
