About This Program
Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes are perfect for kids who are in virtual school programs, being home schooled, or need a PE credit from a local school. These classes are two times per week in the mornings and focus on everything from sports technique and skills, to conditioning, agility and strength. Our program also includes time for education: we take the time to educate participants in things like nutrition, sleep hygiene, self esteem, decision making and more!
